火災を想定した避難訓練のあとに、地震発生直後の安否確認、階段搬送・設備確認・長周期地震動などの体験会を行います。火災や地震の発生を想定して行動を確認する参加型の訓練です。より多くの方のご参加をお待ちしています。

We will be conducting a disaster drill that includes the following activities – safety confirmation, evacuation of injured individuals via stairways, inspection of building facilities and equipment, and experience of long-period ground motion. This is a participatory drill to confirm actions in case of an earthquake or fire.

10:00～　避難訓練 / Fire Drill

インターホン放送にて、火災を想定した訓練を呼びかけます。できるだけ階段を利用して、2階のロビーへ参集します。参加者の把握のため、名簿の記入にご協力ください。

We will announce the start of the fire drill via intercom. Please use the stairs as much as possible to gather in the second-floor lobby. Your cooperation by filling out the attendance sheet would be appreciated.

10:05～　家庭防災備蓄品の展示・説明会 / Exhibition and Briefing of Disaster Supplies

全員が揃うまでの間に、ブリリアみらいコミュニティが斡旋販売している家庭防災備蓄品の展示・説明を行います。

Brillia Mirai Community will hold an exhibition and explanation of household disaster supplies those they are promoting and selling.

10:15～　安否確認訓練 / Safety Confirmation Drill

地震発生直後に各フロアで行う安否確認の手順を確認します。

We will carry out a drill to practice the safety confirmation procedures on each floor immediately after an earthquake occurs.

10:30～　体験会 / Hans-on Activities in 3 Rotating Groups

3班に分かれて、ローテーションしながら、以下の体験会を行います。

①負傷者の階段搬送 / Evacuation of injured individuals via stairways

備蓄品の専用担架を用いて、階段を滑って降ろしてみます。

Using a special stretcher, we will practice sliding a mock injured person down the stairs.

②メーターボックスの設備確認 / Meter box inspection

扉の開け方、設備の種類、破損状況のチェック方法などを確認します。

We will demonstrate how to open the meter box, check the equipment, and assess damage.

③高層ビルでの地震への備え（協力：NHK横浜放送局）
　 / Earthquake preparedness in high-rise buildings
　　 (Cooperation by NHK Yokohama Broadcasting Station)

VRゴーグルでの長周期地震動体験や、防災アプリの紹介を行います。

We will experience long-period ground motion using VR goggles, and be introduced to disaster preparedness apps.

11:30　訓練終了 / Completion of Disaster Drill
